Morning Tide
The sea has its own rhythm, always moving, always changing.
Morning Tide captures the quiet movement of waves as each one arrives, breaks softly and gradually disperses back into the water.
The music moves with a gentle ebb and flow, each phrase suggesting the arrival and gradual dispersal of a wave. Reflective and quietly luminous, it evokes the slow brightening of the horizon as a new day begins.

Morning Tide was inspired by the quiet rhythm of the sea and the gentle movement of water at the beginning of the day.
When I wrote this piece, I wanted to create something that felt continuous and unforced, just like the sea itself, with the music flowing naturally rather than building towards drama or tension.
For me, Morning Tide is more about atmosphere than drama. The music is intended to feel calm and reflective, allowing the harmony, colour and movement to unfold naturally, like the slow brightening of the horizon over water.
