Distant Fields
There is something quietly compelling about a horizon that always seems just beyond reach.
Distant Fields is inspired by that feeling of looking ahead with hope, even when the destination remains uncertain.
Light, flowing passages suggest open landscapes and gentle movement, while more lyrical moments offer pauses for reflection. Rather than searching for arrival, the piece celebrates the journey itself and the quiet possibility that lies beyond what we can yet see.

Released • June 12 2026
Distant Fields was inspired by the feeling of looking across an open landscape, where the horizon seems to stretch endlessly into the distance.
There’s no destination, no story to follow, only a quiet invitation to pause and take in the view. Sometimes a piece doesn’t need to say a great deal. Distant Fields is simply an invitation to slow down, look a little further ahead and enjoy the stillness found along the way.
Perhaps that’s why the piece found a home on BBC’s Sleeping Forecast: “Sail off to a restful sleep” just days after its release.
Its gentle atmosphere naturally lends itself to moments of rest, reflection and quiet escape.
