After The Rain
There is something hopeful about the world after a storm.
The air feels different, the light begins to return, and everything seems briefly renewed. Sometimes it is only after the darkness has passed that we notice how much beauty was waiting on the other side.
After The Rain captures that feeling through flowing piano textures and a romantic, haunting melody. Gentle yet hopeful, it reflects the quiet sense of renewal that follows the storm.
Behind the piece:
Released • September 11 2025
After The Rain was released on September 11th, a date that carries profound significance for many people around the world. Although I have no personal connection to the events of that day, I felt a deep sense of human compassion for those who lost their lives and for everyone affected by the tragedy.
The piece itself is not a direct reflection of September 11th, but its themes of darkness, renewal and hope made the release date feel fitting.
Sometimes music can acknowledge difficult moments without needing to describe them, offering instead a quiet space for reflection and the possibility of finding light again.
